Shipping

All orders ship from warehouses inside the United States. Most items arrive in 2–5 business days; made-to-order supplements take 3–6. Shipping is free on orders over $75, otherwise $7.95. Kits whose items come from different warehouses may arrive in more than one parcel; you receive a tracking number for each.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii and international shipping are coming later.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened sleep masks, earplugs, mouth tape, nasal strips, pillowcases or supplements. Electronics (sound machines, lamps, clocks) carry the manufacturer’s warranty, usually one year.

To start a return, email us with your order number. We reply within one business day.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo within 7 days and we replace it at our cost.
