What we collect

When you reserve a kit or join the list we store your email, optional first name, the items you selected and the page you were on. When you buy, we also store your shipping address and order history. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, to email you about your reservation and launch, and, if you opted in, occasional product news. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe (CAN-SPAM).

Analytics and advertising

With your permission we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure our pages and ads. These tools load only after you accept cookies in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights (including California)

You may ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@nightkits.com and we respond within 30 days. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA; we honor Global Privacy Control signals by leaving analytics and advertising cookies off unless you turn them on.
